Freshness and Substitutions
Every arrangement is crafted with care using the freshest seasonal blooms available. Because nature is delightfully unpredictable, flower varieties may vary week to week. If a specific bloom is unavailable, our designers will make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value—always honoring the style, color palette, and overall essence of your chosen design.
Pickup / No Show Policy
Customers select a pickup date and time at checkout. Timely pickup is required due to the perishable nature of flowers.
- Pickup Window: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
- Same-Day Holds: If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. We can hold your arrangement until end of day on your scheduled pickup date when feasible. Quality and freshness after the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Any hold beyond the scheduled pickup time is provided as a courtesy and remains the customer’s responsibility.
- Rescheduling: Requests to move pickup to a later date are treated as a new order (subject to availability). We are unable to remake or refresh arrangements due to missed pickups.
- No-Shows / Missed Pickups: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be donated or discarded at our discretion. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for missed pickups. We document completed orders with photos for quality and verification purposes.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders require a minimum 7-day lead time prior to the scheduled pickup date. Production begins 5 days prior to pickup. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of floral designs, sales are final once production begins.
Full refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund.
Pet and Allergy Disclaimer
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Flowers and greenery are ornamental and not for consumption. If accidental ingestion or an allergic reaction occurs, contact a medical or veterinary professional immediately.
Designer’s Choice
Designer’s Choice arrangements are created with artistic freedom, guided by your selected size. Specific flower varieties are not guaranteed. Each design is one-of-a-kind, reflecting the freshest seasonal blooms available.
Photography & Use of Images
We love sharing our work to inspire others. Photos of floral designs may appear on our website, social media, or marketing materials. (We never share personal customer details.)
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to these policies. If you have any concerns, please contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that were prepared and available for pickup (including no-shows and missed pickups) may be contested with documentation, including order confirmation, pickup scheduling details, communications, and photos of the completed arrangement.
